i was born in africa
i was born with hiv
it doesn’t stop me from being normal
i go to school everyday
but i still have to take medicine
it doesn’t stop me from being normal

i like the drums and reading
my mom and dad has it
it doesn’t stop me from being normal
i like rock, rap, hip hop, dance and jazz
i will live a long life like my parents
it doesn’t stop me from being normal

i was born in africa

or will they die before me
sometimes it’s not easy having the disease
some people would think that i am different from them
